Check out the flyover of the Illinois State Capitol Parking Garage-Phase III construction in Springfield, IL, courtesy of River City Construction. The project involves building a new two-story underground legislative parking garage with 435 spaces. Henneman Engineering is providing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and lighting design, as well as construction administration for the project. The parking garage is expected to be completed in early 2024.
