In March and throughout the year, Henneman Engineering, Inc. celebrates and thanks all of its women employees! The women of HEI are employed in a variety of roles throughout the company: in engineering; accounting; marketing; and leadership. They work hard each day and are an integral part of our company. We are proud of our team and thank them for all of their efforts.
At HEI, we are committed to empowering women and fostering a diverse environment. In 2021, we became certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). This certification acknowledges that the company is majority owned and controlled by women. Since that time, HEI has also earned WBE status with the certifying agencies for the State of Illinois and the State of Wisconsin. We are proud to be WBE certified and are aware of the responsibility that comes with such a certification. We are passionate about recruiting talented women to work alongside us and providing opportunities for women to grow and succeed in all areas of the company.
