Henneman Engineering Inc. has expanded its Wisconsin leadership team by two!
Jason McGillivray, HEI’s new Office Director for the Wisconsin offices, comes to our firm with ample experience in business operations and project management. Jason will be overseeing our team of engineers and support staff in HEI’s Milwaukee and Madison offices. He is charged with making sure the teams execute their current customer commitments in an efficient manner and delivery quality work; managing the team; and is engaged in business development to bring new opportunities to the firm. His background in operations in the utility and manufacturing industries has given him years of experience in successful operations and building teams. Jason admires HEI for its active engagement in the communities it serves and its long history of success in the engineering world. He is excited to be part of the HEI team!
Samantha Bakke, a Licensed Professional Engineer, is the new Director of Mechanical Engineering for HEI’s Wisconsin offices. Samantha has fifteen years of engineering experience in various industries such as healthcare, commercial, hospitality, and other central entertainment design fields. At HEI, she is responsible for designing and reviewing mechanical projects; providing oversight to the mechanical and plumbing team of engineers in Wisconsin; business development; and overseeing and developing proposals and fees. Outside of her role at HEI, she is an active board member of ASHRAE, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), and the Lean Construction Institute. Samantha is excited to grow professionally in her new role at HEI, while engaging and mentoring the skilled engineers on her team.
