Baytowne Apartments is an upscale apartment complex located in a 48-acre, gated resort community in Champaign.
Phase III included four new buildings with 56 apartment and townhome units. All apartments are fully protected by a wet-type sprinkler system. Multiple water and gas services are provided to individually support each apartment. Plumbing fixtures were selected from the latest styles and water saving design.
Henneman Engineering provided all mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering; and plumbing/fire protection design for the north addition to the Baytowne Apartment complex.
