Henneman Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system modification designs for the Chemotherapy Infusion Center Renovation located within the existing Medical Office Center. Our services included the development of City of Chicago permit package, construction coordination services, review of system installations and preparation of punch lists at each milestone of construction. 

The infrastructure was redesigned to handle the addition of new chemotherapy stations and expanded infusion center operations. This expansion included revisions to the chilled water system, the boilers, the air handling systems, and electrical systems. Value exploration was used in the infrastructure determinations which followed with minor system revisions implemented. This value exploration helped determine cost for options, and justification for expenditure of the assigned funds.
