Beloit Health System, Northpointe Health & Wellness Center Addition

The Ambulatory Surgical Center is a 2-story, 30,900 SF addition to the NorthPointe Health & Wellness Pavilion in Roscoe, Illinois. New construction of the Surgical Center addition added 18,700 SF on the first floor, and 12,200 SF of shell space on the second floor. The project included space for two operating rooms, two procedure rooms and 14 pre- and post-surgery patient care rooms. Additional phases of the project included adding a pharmacy, a new generator, a loading dock renovation and a condenser water upgrade.

Henneman Engineering provided electrical, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas, information technology, and audiovisual engineering design and commissioning services.
