The Fitchburg Public Library houses private study rooms, new meeting spaces, and a community room with kitchen facilities. The meeting spaces are equipped for FACTv production and broadcasting. Technology throughout the library streamlines library operations and reduces costs. Roaming librarians, self-checkout stations, a computerized catalogue and automated return systems are all incorporated within the new facility. Visitors can enjoy Wi-Fi connectivity and power outlets. Library patrons also have access to underground parking.
Henneman Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
