Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) is a technical college with more than 150 areas of study where students have access to sophisticated, state-of-the art technology which is integrated into all WCTC programs. The main WCTC campus encompasses more than 10 buildings spread out over 140 acres. In addition to the Pewaukee Campus, WCTC has two satellite locations in Waukesha – the downtown Waukesha Campus and the Sky Plaza Campus.

Henneman Engineering provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, information technology and audio-visual engineering design services for all WCTC campuses.

Central Service Classroom Renovation: ME/FP/AV design services for Building H – Lower Level Classrooms
New Sprinkler System: Provided fire sprinkler protection design for existing Building L, interfacing with existing system Diesel Technician Lab Renovation: Converted existing space into Diesel Technician Lab which supports up to seven vehicles
Aestheticians Lab Renovation: MEP/FP/AV services to create seven private and five open treatment rooms, classroom, consult room and support space
ABE & ESL Classrooms: MEP/FP/AV services to renovate portions of the E and K buildings to relocate the Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language programs. Relocated air handling unit and pumps
North Parking Lot Lighting & Security: Designed power and data system to support new combination light/camera poles
